Rwanda is a small, land-locked country located in East Central Africa. Rwanda has a population of about 13.5 million people. Major economic sectors include tourism, mining, and agriculture. The three official languages are Kinyarwanda, English, and French. Kigali Convention Centre

Building on its successful hosting capabilities, Rwanda’s Kigali Convention Center has been the venue for numerous significant events, reinforcing its status as a premier conference destination. In collaboration with the Government of Rwanda through the Ministry of Youth and Culture; The Kigali Convention Center was recommended as the venue for the World Scout Conference 2027 and stands out as a premier facility for regional and international events. Located alongside the luxurious Radisson Blu Hotel, it is renowned as Africa’s most modern convention centre. Modelled after a Rwandan King’s Palace, its architectural centrepiece is a striking dome. Spanning over 32,000 m2, the KCC offers customizable exhibition spaces and 17 versatile meeting rooms. Key features include a state-of-the-art auditorium accommodating up to 4,500 delegates. It boasts spacious pre-function areas, modern AV equipment, VIP holding rooms, an on-site health clinic, ATMs, and ample parking.
